The Avignon Airport is located 6 miles/10 kilometers from the city of Avignon just off the national road RN 7. The Avignon Airport is less than a mile away from the A7 Autoroute (Motorway), Exit Avignon Sud. Once you exit the Autoroute follow the airport signs.
There is no public transportation serving the Avignon Airport. There is however taxi service. The is cost is 15 to 20 euros. The taxi stand is just in front of the airport terminal. There are also companies that offer airport transfers and sightseeing tours: Skovgaard Europe, Ventoux Decouvertes and Transfer Intelligence.
